 1. Who Can Get Listed?
Any salon in the world. Please do not list manufacturer, distributor, educational, personal, or school sites here, only salons. Your salon does not need to have a website to be listed, but you must enter an email address that the consumers will be able to contact you with.
2. How much does it cost?
NOTHING -- FREE -- NADA -- ZILCH to you the salon professional and absolutely no
charge to the consumers who come to search.
3. Check to see if your
site/salon is already listed.
An important first step, (click
here - will open in a new window) because if your salon is already listed, you do
not need to submit it again. Check by searching for your salon by zip code or city.
4. If you already have a listing..
DO NOT add another record please.
If your salon is listed but needs to be revised for any
reason, you can edit the record if you have the right information.
- Search for your salon by zip code or city.
- Click the More Info link for your salon.
- Click the Edit Salon Listing link.
You will need the password to edit your listing. If you have forgotten the password, there is a link at the bottom of every page in the Salon Locator area to have the password resent to you. If your email address has changed since you listed the salon, please contact our Content Team for assistance. Replies will be made in a timely fashion but we can not promise any time frame for responses.
5. Take your time.
Please take your time when filling out the form below. Give our Content Team 2-3 days to approve your listing, then do a search to see if your information is displayed correctly. The Salon Locator uses Google Maps to aid clients in finding you. Be sure you enter a proper street address.

6. Follow these guidelines..
- Use properly formatted email addresses: mary@aol.com nailsalon@hotmail.com
Email addresses do NOT contain spaces nor do the start with www. - thats a web site address
Remove spaces from your AOL screen name: Marys Hair N Nails @aol.com should be entered as: MarysHairNnails@aol.com
- Website addresses can be entered as:
www.mywebsite.com or http://www.mywebsite.com
- Logos can be uploaded to our system and should be JPG format only. If the logo is large, our system will reduce it automatically to a uniform size.
- The Details section is limited to 500 characters, watch the notice below the fill-in box to see how much space you have left
- Enter the Verification information and click submit. Your listing will be reviewed an approved in 1-3 days.
- You will receive an email with your password, please keep it in a safe place for future revisions
7. If we notice your listing has errors during the approval process,
such as a badly formatted web site address -- we will make every effort to correct it for you, with no notice, but there is no guarantee any corrections will be made by our staff, so please be sure your information is correct.
