How do I complain to the state authorities?
If you feel that you have a valid complaint against a salon or technician,
you must file a written complaint with the local regulatory Board or commission
in your state. All complaints must be in writing and must contain an address and
phone number so that you can be contacted.
If you feel that you have damage resulting from a nail service, please
contact us with your information so that you can be referred to the appropriate
